PRODUCTION OF ANTISEPTIC BATHING SOAP

CHEMICALS REQUIRED

P.K.O
Colour
Caustic  soda
Soda Ash
Sulphate
Silicate
Pine oil
Perfume

METHOD OF PREPARATION

NOTE TURN IN ONE DIRECTION
Put your pko inside your bowl
Put your colour and turn it to one direction
Dissolve your caustic soda with one and half litres of water  after that you pour it inside the the production  and turn it well to  one direction
Dissolve your soda ash with one and half litres of water for  24hours after that you pour 1 litres inside your production and use the remaining half to dissolve your
Sulphate and pour it inside your production and turn it to one direction
Put your silicate and turn it to one direction
Put your pine oil and turn to one direction
